1. Cheering Stations Arrangements

Good news! We are very happy to provide the Cheering Stations arrangements for those who have participated in the RCWT 2021 Virtual Race. Under the COVID-19 epidemic, it is a virtual race this year. But we would still love to show our support through the following arrangements!

Cheering Stations Arrangements:

Dates: 16 to 17 October (Sat – Sun)
Reserved Dates: 23 to 24 October (Sat – Sun)

Cheering Stations Support: Baggage storage service and supply of small amount of water and snacks
Quota: 100 (priority for 78km and 50km runners, first come first served)
Application Period: 12 September to 7 October
*Prior registration is needed to have the opportunity to enjoy Cheering Stations support
*Those who got quota will receive an email for confirmation and learning the details by early October
*In case of adverse weather on the original scheduled dates, Cheering Stations arrangements will be postponed to the reserved dates. The Organizer will announce the arrangements in advance via online platforms and notify those who got quotas by email.

Only applicable to participants with the following expected completion time frame:

Opening Hours of Cheering Stations:

78km course: 15-30 hours, and starts at 08:00-08:30 on 16/10
50km course: 9-18 hours, and starts at 18:30-20:00 on 16/10
28km course: 5-12 hours, and starts at 08:00-08:30 on 16/10

*If participants choose not to start within the designated time, they still have the opportunity to get quota for enjoying supply within the opening hours of Cheering Stations but without baggage storage arrangements. They still need to fill in the registration form.

2.【Thomas x ideaology】Running & Coffee Tasting Together on Wilson Trail ☕

Let’s enjoy this perfect combination together on 3 October 2021.

Event Detail of Running & Coffee Tasting Together:

Thomas Lam will guide you on a walk of this year’s new route, the first section of Wilson Trail. He will also share his experience and some running techniques with you.

The local coffee brand Ideaology will hold a coffee tasting session after the road trial. Let’s learn some coffee tips and tricks.

3.RCWT 2021 x The Green Earth x Kiu Sir Green Runners

To let you embrace a green event this year, we have invited Green Earth and Mr Wong Chun Kiu to enjoy event Green Runners on 23 October together! He will share his stories and his secret tips on long-distance hiking. Meanwhile, the Green Earth is also going to share the importance of hiking trail conservation and the idea of “Leave no Trace”.

Date: 23 October (Saturday)
Time: 15:00-18:00
Route: Wilson Trail Section 3 (Yau Tong Cemetery to Black Hill to Tseng Lan Shue) (Around 7 km)
Gathering Point: Yau Tong (Entrance Gate of access road of Junk Road Chinese Permanent Cemetery)

A shuttle bus will be provided to return back Diamond Hill MTR station from Tseng Lan Shue.
