Luggage Handling (Not applicable to Relay Teams)

If needed, participant can store ONE luggage at Start Point after registration on 19 October.  The luggage must be hanged with the luggage tag, distributed before the event days by the Organizer.  Otherwise the Organizer will not accept the luggage for storage.

Luggage Storage Regulations

  1. The luggage has to be well-packed and within the maximum capacity of 25L. An extra fee of $200 will be chargeable for each oversized luggage.
  2. For loss of luggage tag distributed before the event days by the Organizer, participant MUST get the re-issued tag at specific counter at Start Point before accepting to store luggage.  An administration fee of $50 will be charged for each newly issued tag.
  3. Restricted Items: Breakable Items, Valuable and Flammable Items
  4. Please prepare your own waterproof bag to pack your luggage.
  5. The Organizer is not responsible for any damages or loss during handling, transiting and storage of any luggage.
  6. The Organizer has the right to re-organize luggage storage arrangement during any special situation or adverse weather.
  7. The Organizer may hold participants liable for any damage resulting from any leakage of their luggage or fire caused by the content therein.
